Group Exercise Class Descriptions

Bootcamp -  A unique blend of a variety of group exercise class disciplines, and a few new ones, grouped into a high-intensity format!

Impact - Unlike any workout you have ever had. Impact is an easy to follow class and incorporates kickboxing and self-defense techniques. This class delivers aggressive kicks, controlled jabs, and punches with boxing drills to bring out the sweat!

Pilates/Yoga/Yogilates - Strengthen back muscles and improve posture all at the same time with these therapeutic classes. Strengthening the “powerhouse” muscles in the center of the body is the basis of PilatesYoga allows you to stretch through simple, yet effective, body movements. Yogilates gives the benefits of both of these workouts!

Spin - Your spinning journey begins with a single pedal stroke. A customized-fit, sleek-racing bike designed with a fixed gear drive and true cycling components helps deliver one of the smoothest, most comprehensive workouts available. This class is for any age, any level of fitness.

Step - One of the finest cardiovascular workouts around, step is always challenging and entertaining and has been around for over 15 years now!
