LesMills BODYCOMBAT is the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, boxing, Taekwondo, Tai Chi and Muay Thai. Supported by driving music and powerful role model instructors strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness.

LesMills BODYPUMP is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for - and fast!

LesMills RPM is the indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training. Discover your athlete within - sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high.

LesMills BODYSTEP is the energizing step workout that makes you feel liberated and alive. Using a height-adjustable step and simple movements on, over and around the step you get huge motivation from sing-a-long music and approachable instructors. Cardio blocks push fat burning systems into high gear followed by muscle conditioning tracks that shape and tone your body.

LesMills BODYATTACK is the sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises. Dynamic instructors and powerful music motivate everyone towards their fitness goals - from the weekend athlete to the hard-core competitor!

LesMills BODYVIVE is the low-impact group fitness workout that lets you choose just how hard you work. Using the VIVE balls, VIVE tubes and optional hand weights you're talked step-by-step through the entire class by a skilled instructor, while listening to uplifting and inspiring music. Best of all, you finish feeling thoroughly rejuvenated - and fizzing with energy.

Zumba fuses hypnotic latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away. Our goal is simple: We want you to want to work out, to love working out, to get hooked. Zumba Fanatics achieve long term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exhilarating hour of caloric-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life!

Kickboxing - The sport of using martial-arts-style kicks and boxing-style punches to defeat an opponent in a similar way to that of standard boxing. Kickboxing is a standing sport and does not allow continuation of the fight once a combatant has reached the ground. Kickboxing is often practiced for self-defense, general fitness, or as a full-contact.

Yoga - The Sanskrit word yoga means "yoke." This 5,000 year old practice yokes (or joins) mind, body, and spirit in a holistic approach to exercise which reduces stress, improves circulation, and increases strength and flexibility. This class is appropriate for both beginners and experienced yoga practitioners.

Pilates - This popular form of exercise sculpts long, lean muscles and focuses on strengthening the "powerhouse" - the muscles on the front and back of the trunk. Pilates training also improves posture and flexibility, and keeps your back healthy and strong.

Strength & Length - The first half of this class will take you through a traditional barbell class, using classic weight room strength building exercises, such as squats, curls, presses, etc.  The second half is where the real work begins with a Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm.   At the end of class, you will have targeted each major muscle group for a total body workout!

Intro to Group Exercise - A little nervous about trying group exercise?  Don’t be!  Join us for this hour long fun session of low impact aerobic moves, strength building and toning exercises that are suitable for all fitness levels.  Whether it’s your first time in the club, or you are a long time member but have never tried group exercise, this class is for you.  You will be gently led by an expert instructor, inspirational music and a group atmosphere that will keep you coming back time after time!

bodyfusion group exercise classBodyFusion - A blend of Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates.  A workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.
