Membership Services Include:
Full use of strength training and cardiovascular equipment, all group exercise classes*, a consultation, program design, and instructional session.
Other Services Available:
Personal training sessions, sports specific training, nutritional consultations, tanning, massage, facials, and body wraps.

We offer reasonably priced childcare during the following hours:
Weekday mornings: 9-12:30
Evenings: 4:30-7:30
Saturday mornings: 9:30-11:30

*Who is eligible for family rates?
Family Membership Guidelines:
-All members must reside in the same household. The family may not exceed more than two members over the age of 18 who are not full time students. (For example; mother, father, 16 year old son, 19 year old daughter in college.)
Couple’s Membership Guidelines:
-Both members must reside in the same household and be married, engaged, or in a committed relationship. In addition, a parent with a child who is a full time student is eligible.
**The Facts on Freezing
Memberships three months in duration or longer can be temporarily frozen. Here are the guidelines:
1. The freeze can run anywhere from two consecutive weeks – one year.
2. Three-month and six-month memberships can be frozen once, yearly memberships, twice.
3. A freeze cannot occur unless you let us know at least one day in advance by completing a “ Request to Freeze Form” (.pdf file). To thaw your membership, please check in with us when you return to the gym.
4. Family membership freezing, because of the deeply discounted price, is only an option if the entire family freezes for the same length of time.
5. *EFT accounts – The freeze must be at least one month in duration. Your account will be charged during the freeze. However, the frozen time will be added to the end of your year membership, so your year commitment will automatically be extended by the number of months you froze.
*EFT accounts are those accounts paid by credit card/Visa check card on a monthly basis with a year commitment.
